First, recruitment positions

(1) 50 electronic welders and 50 assemblers

(2) 9 injection molding workers, including 2 male workers and 7 female workers

(3) 3 inspectors

(4) 1 injection molding technician

(5) 2 electronic technicians

Second, working hours

The injection molding workers work shifts for 12 hours, and the extra long white shifts are 8 hours. The units are arranged to work overtime according to the production needs.

Third, wages and benefits

The e-welding workers, assemblers and other probationary salary treatments are the same as the formal workers. The piece-rate system is more labor-intensive, with a comprehensive salary of 3,000 5,500 yuan and above, and wages are paid on the 15th of each month.
